The Nupouch Day Pack is the perfect bag for your daily needs. This fashionable bag can carry all of your needed gear, from phones to keys to wallets and even small notebooks. The zipper on the main compartment can be clipped close, preventing someone from easily unzipping your bag from behind and stealing your things. Just place a portable power bank (not included) inside of the pack and connect it to the inside of the USB port. Items must be unused and in the condition they were purchased.
You may return most new, unopened and/or unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the return shipping costs (subject to the exceptions listed below). We will, however, pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items must be in their original, unused, unwashed, and unopened condition with any tags still attached and original packaging included.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
