These will ship as an assorted set of cats and dogs and may differ from the ones shown in the photos. Puppets are approximately 4" tall, 2.5" wide and 2" thick (varies depending on ear/tail/horn details). Fair trade; made in Nepal. We take a portion of the profits from our felt business to pay school tuition for our artisans' children. We offer a point-of-sale sign which you can add to your order for $5 - search "Point of Sale" on our product page. The sign brings our story to your store, highlighting our education initiatives. Printed on durable 5x7 PVC material with easel back.
Refund Policy
Here at Sunbeam General Store, we are dedicated to ensuring our customers receive high-quality products.
- Sunbeam General Store offers a 30 Day return policy
- Cash back or refund to your credit card within 30 days.
- No returns after 30 days.
- No returns on sale items & select hygiene products.
- Items must be unused and in the condition they were purchased.
You may return most new, unopened and/or unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the return shipping costs (subject to the exceptions listed below). We will, however, pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items must be in their original, unused, unwashed, and unopened condition with any tags still attached and original packaging included.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
